Digigeo Inc. develops a sensory system that can aware of any slight movements of the foundation at its very preliminary stage to prevent the footing of the building and its foundation from any damage. By being aware of foundation movement before crakes happen on the walls and foundation, it would be way cheaper to repair the foundation and take corrective actions and retain the walls.
We offer conventional geology and geological services to Canadian market considering all professional requirements, codes and standards of the country based on the Canada engineering profession act as well.
Digigeo has defined his services in geology and geotechnical works in parallel with sensory systems development to measure foundation movement caused by soil settlement. To execute the company’s operational procedures related to sensory system development, Digigeo carries out the following activities and tasks.
At this stage we will program the microprocessor of our digital hardware system based on our algorithms to diagnose the dimension of vertical movements occurred to the foundation. Firmware development will cover the communication and data transfer between measurement units and base station. The type of foundation movement will be diagnosed through our firmware development.
The measurement units send the foundation movement data to base station and the base station will transmit data from all measurement units to the users’ smartphone. To demonstrate the received data from measurement units and base station on smartphone and doing the final calculations to realize the exact movement dimensions, the software installed on the users’ smartphone will be applied.
The outcome of breadboarding stage of our product development will be finalizing the sensory system components, their technical specifications, dimensions and required spaces for them to perform properly. By having all the exact information about the product components, the industrial design stage could be done to design the shape and color of the sensory system enclosures.
When the product components were developed and their performances were checked to be properly aligned with what it was planned for them, the prototype of our product will be developed. At this stage, we will do all final circuitry, software, enclosure, and communication parts together ready for performance test.
The behavior of our sensory system in different conditions and real environment will be analyzed and reviewed at this stage. Any corrections, modifications, changes in design etc. will be done at this level of workflow as a final decision.

Hossein Setareh is a highly skilled geological and geotechnical engineer with several years of working experience in the field. His main responsibilities during his career were leading the Geotech projects, performing Geotech studies, supervising engineering teams, project planning, management, and control.
His career experience is not limited to just technical issues, he has extensive work experience in management and decision making for several geology and geotechnical companies in Iran.
He is an educated engineer at the postgraduation level and earned his degrees from universities in the geographical mining center of Iran which helped him introduce himself as a successful engineer in the geology and Geotech industry of Iran.
